FAQs

  • Do I need to be home for your services?

No, you don't need to be home. We provide our services on your trash pickup day. As long as your cans are placed on the curb, we'll clean them on the scheduled date.

  • Why should I have my trash and recycle bins cleaned?

Our cleaning process goes beyond just cleaning your cans. We also disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize them. Using water temperatures of approximately 200 degrees Fahrenheit, we eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Additionally, we thoroughly spray down the outside of the cans, including frequently touched parts like the lid and handle. Our state-of-the-art system effectively reduces health hazards such as Tuberculosis, Strep, Staph, E-Coli, Salmonella, and Listeria. Most people are aware that their cans are dirty, but they may not realize the dangers of long-term buildup of microorganisms, viruses, and harmful bacteria. This buildup can also attract pests and rodents to scavenge in your trash and recycling cans.

  • How often should I have my trash and recycle bins cleaned?

The frequency depends on your needs and whether you have a residential or commercial space. However, we generally recommend cleaning all trash bins at least once a month.

  • Do you clean both trash cans and recycle cans?

Yes. We recommend cleaning both, due to bacteria, viruses, and germs that build up on both types of cans.

  • Can you work with HOAs?

Absolutely! We understand the demand for our services, and it often makes sense to include our can cleaning in your neighborhood's HOA program. Please contact us for more details.

  • How does the cleaning process work?

Our state-of-the-art pressure washing system ensures spotless cans. First, the hydraulic lift positions your cans above our pressurized spray head. Water flows from our 250-gallon clean water tank into the water heater. From there, the water passes into the cleaning unit, shooting out at a temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit and a pressure of 3500 psi. The high-pressure, rotating spray effectively removes all dirt and grime. The dirty water is collected in a separate 250-gallon tank for proper disposal at a waste station.
